How to Make a complaint

1. Talk to the Principal Ms Coyle and she will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

2.  If you are not satisfied with the outcome, contact Mrs Margaret Heron, Chairperson of the Board of Governors in writing.

 

3.If the matter has still not been resolved to your satisfaction, contact the NI Ombudsman.
