Planting Rhubarb In The Vegetable Garden

We planted rhubarb in our vegetable garden. We had to get the bed ready by raking it and we added manure to the compost to help our stalks grow big and strong! We enjoyed planting our crop and can we can't wait to harvest it to make some lovely jam and tarts! Yum! Yum!

Tesco Farm To Fork Visit

Both Mrs McCartney's and Mrs Conville's Primary 4/5 classes enjoyed a trip to Tesco Magherafelt. We learned lots of interesting things about different produce and the country it comes from, we even got to sample some! We also had a great time working in the bakery and on the checkout!
