The staff of St. Mary's work hard to provide a differentiated curriculum that meets the needs of all children.  The SENCO is Anne Barton and she liaises closely with all staff to ensure Individual Education Plans target specific areas of need.  

We have a comprehensive monitoring and screening programme in place from P.1 to identify children with individual needs.  

Parents and pupils are encouraged to participate in the planning and implementation of  individual plans of work. Additional support is provided by the class teachers, classroom assistants and Foundation Stage teachers.
