Irish Language Acquisition 

We are delighted that Mid Ulster Council are providing us with more Irish tuition this year again. This will mean these P6 & 7 classes will have benefitted from Irish language tuition during most of their years at the school so far. They are becoming increasingly more familiar with simple everyday phrases, topic words and the sounds of the language.

Last year our then p7 class who received this short 8 week burst of Irish had been benefitting from the programme every year since P1 either through the Primary Languages Programme from EA or through this very welcome programme provided by our council.
