Parents Responses to the Kirkland Rowell Survey June 2025

We had an 85% response rate to the Kirkland Rowell Surveys in June 2025.  Here are just a few of the many comments from parents.

I think St. Mary’s P.S. is an excellent primary school. The staff are warm, enthusiastic and care about the children.  They strive to provide the best for the children in their care and it is very evident from the posts on Facebook how happy the children are.  I believe St. Mary’s has become a leading school.  It strives to showcase innovative practices e.g. Mini- London Marathon and My Marathon.  The staff show a collective effective leadership and a commitment to student success.  They care for the pupils; this cannot be bought. Ms Coyle demonstrates a clear vision; she has an excellent staff who are continually making things better for my child.

We think St. Mary’s is a fabulous school.  We think the child-centred ethos of the school is positive for the kids and works so well.  The principal, teachers and support staff clearly put in a lot of hard work and their care for the children at every level really shines through. There is a great atmosphere and culture throughout the school and my child is having a very positive school experience.

St. Mary’s continues to deliver all you could ask for in a school and more. Everyone from teachers to canteen staff make the school brilliant.  My children love going, which I think speaks volumes.  Thank you.

Saint Mary's Primary School truly is an extraordinary school, where every single child's happiness and kindness is of utmost importance.

Our two boys are blessed to attend such a wonderful all-inclusive school, where they are given an opportunity to play, learn, develop and grow together with their friends.

Each school day is packed with fun as they learn, whether it be in the classroom, exploring the great outdoors around Susans trail, or the school garden and playground.

The extra-curricular activities on offer are an added bonus, especially Nula's fantastic running club, where she champions every single child.

There is nothing more heartwarming than watching their happy smiley wee faces skip in through St Mary's school gates every morning at 8.20am before leaving for work.
